Established in 1982 in Stuttgart, Germany, the Kapolnek GmbH has built on its success in becoming one of the leading suppliers of (hemi-)anechoic test rooms, reverbration chambers, sound insulation doors, gates and windows, industrial silencers, engine capsulation and vibration isolation systems. In cooperation with the consulting engineers of IPK we are able to provide the full range of acoustic services: consultancy, design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation - all from one source!

To ensure a close contact between development and production we are able to conduct the respective measurements in our in-house laboratory:

- Dimensioning and checking of industrial silencers

- Examination of sound absorbing material in the KUNDT tube according to ISO  52215

- Measurement of the sound absorption coefficient of acoustical materials according
  to ISO 354

- Measurement of sound insulation of building elements according to ISO 140

In addition, we have the measurement equipment to conduct room acceptance tests for (hemi-)anechoic chambers according to ISO3745/DIN45635 and determine room acoustic parameters e.g.reverberation time measurements according to ISO 3382.
